Code of Conduct

1. Introduction

Vietnam Pro Wrestling ("VPW" or "the Company") is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, wrestlers, staff, and partners. We strive to create an experience that is enjoyable, exciting, and welcoming to all, regardless of background or identity.

This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals involved with VPW, including:

  • Wrestlers and performers
  • Event staff and security
  • Attendees and fans
  • Sponsors and vendors
  • Business partners and contractors

By attending or participating in a VPW event, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

2. Expected Behavior

VPW expects all individuals to:

  • Respect others: Treat everyone with dignity, fairness, and courtesy.
  • Follow staff instructions: Comply with any guidance from event staff and security.
  • Maintain a safe environment: Avoid actions that may endanger yourself or others.
  • Engage positively: Encourage a fun and energetic atmosphere while respecting fellow fans and performers.
  • Respect venue rules: Remain in designated event areas and follow venue policies.

3. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors will not be tolerated at VPW events or online platforms:

  • Harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Unwanted physical contact, inappropriate behavior, or verbal abuse toward attendees, performers, or staff.
  • Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, fighting, or interfering with performances.
  • Use of offensive language or imagery, including on social media, that promotes hate speech, violence, or intimidation.
  • Trespassing or unauthorized access to restricted areas.
  • Theft, vandalism, or damage to venue property or personal belongings.

4. Photography & Video Consent

VPW events may be recorded, photographed, and streamed for promotional and commercial purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in VPW media. VPW holds the sole copyright for any footage captured.

If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, please speak with a VPW team member at the event.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Professional wrestling is a high-impact, physical event, and while VPW prioritizes the safety of both its performers and audience members, attendees acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent risk involved in attending a live wrestling event.

VPW is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event. By attending, you agree that VPW and its affiliates, staff, wrestlers, and venue operators are not liable for any potential harm, injury, or damages sustained.

6. Reporting an Incident

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately:

VPW takes all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, including removal from events and bans from future attendance.

7. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • A verbal or written warning.
  • Immediate removal from the event without a refund.
  • A ban from future VPW events.
  • Legal action if necessary.

VPW reserves the right to determine appropriate actions for any violations.
